Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
All services rendered by Pet My Paw Pet Care are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances except if the service was canceled by the provider. In the event of provider cancellation, clients may choose to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.

2. Client Cancellation and Credit Policy
If you wish to cancel a scheduled service, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the service’s scheduled start time. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will result in the full amount paid being credited to your account. This credited amount may be applied toward future services but will not be refunded as cash.

For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled service time, only 50% of the service fee will be credited to your account. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

3. Last-Minute Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours Notice)
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for credit or refund. The full amount paid for the service will be retained.

4. Payment Requirement for Service Confirmation
All services must be prepaid to reserve and hold the designated time slot. Failure to complete payment prior to the scheduled service may result in the loss of the reserved time slot, which may be allocated to another client. If the slot is no longer available due to non-payment, Pet My Paw Pet Care will not be held liable for rescheduling or accommodating the missed appointment.

5. Terms of Credit Use
Credit received from a canceled service is non-transferable and may only be used toward future services with Pet My Paw Pet Care. This credit cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded under any circumstances.

6. Policy Updates and Acknowledgment
This Refunds and Cancellation Policy is subject to change at the discretion of Pet My Paw Pet Care. By scheduling and paying for services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.
